Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To be eligible for any return, replacement, or refund, customers must record a clear video while opening the package.
The video should start before opening the package (showing the unopened parcel with the shipping label visible) and continue until the item is fully unboxed and checked

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards unless the are damaged.
Refunds
Refund or exchange will be for damaged and non Sales items . You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@innorelighting.com.
Contact us with your order number, unboxing video, and images of the issue.
Our team will verify the details and respond within 2–3 working days.
Approved returns will receive instructions for replacement or refund.
Failure to provide an unboxing video will make the return or replacement ineligible, regardless of the issue claimed.
